Federal Court: "Under God" OK in Pledge

The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday, in two rulings, rejected claims that “Under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance and “In God We Trust” on currency violate the US Constitution’s Establishment Clause. Plaintiff vows to appeal.
